Reavell

Reavell was founded in 1898 in Ipswich, Suffolk.  Early compressors were valued by engineering organisations for their durability and quality.  Reavell used compressors during the construction of the London Underground, the infancy stages of submarine warfare and for starting of diesel engines on British battleships and transatlantic ocean liners.  Following the acquisition of the Reavell brand, Gardner Denver is able to specialise in high pressure lubricated compression technology.
